Micro Unit

PORTLAND, ME

Tucked into the urban fabric of downtown Portland, this project makes the most out of a small space by creating a micro unit in just 220 SF. The one room apartment is bright and open feeling, despite it’s demure footprint. The main area features a queen size bed with built in side tables, a small kitchenette, dining area, closet and laundry. In warmer weather, the livable space is doubled with access to a small private garden.
