Here's a look at some of the exciting projects that are up and coming in the studio right now!

3 Unit gut + renovation - Portland

This Munjoy Hill apartment building is being renovated one floor at a time to provide a sweet new home for a lovely woman and her adorable daughter. Once completed, the top floor will be owner occupied and the lower two floors will be rented out. The long and narrow existing floor plan configurations gave us quite the challenge, but as the third floor comes closer to completion, we can see that the results are going to be both functional and beautiful!

farm Processing facility - scarborough

This new timber frame structure is going to add much needed processing space to Frith Farm, a busy and expanding organic veggie and meat farm. The lower floor of the building will provide processing and storage space for poultry, eggs, and vegetables. Including a commercial kitchen, these new resources will allow the farm goods to reach a broader market. The upstairs space will provide worker housing with sweeping views of the fields and forest beyond.

in law apartment - harpswell

With a coastal view and woods and rocky outcroppings surrounding, you couldn't ask for a much better site to call home. In this project, an existing house is being renovated to provide a comfortable year round home for a young and growing family, while an in law apartment is being added on for seasonal extended family living. A shared three season room will connect the two residences, and the addition will be fully accessible to accommodate a wheelchair user.
